1. Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital products: Lightroom presets (.xmp, .dng) and accompanying documentation (collectively, the “Products”).
Orders & Pricing. Prices are listed in EUR and include/exclude taxes as shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you place an order.
Delivery of Digital Products. After payment, you’ll receive a download link by email and/or on the order confirmation page. Links permit up to 2 downloads. Save the files to a secure backup (e.g., iCloud, Drive, Dropbox). If a link fails immediately after purchase, contact us within 7 days.
License Summary (see EULA below). A single‑user, non‑transferable license to install the presets on up to 2 devices you own. You may use edits made with the presets for personal or commercial work. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or sublicensing of the preset files (including modified versions) is prohibited.
Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (EU/EEA/UK). By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the 14‑day withdrawal right once delivery begins. Accordingly, all sales are final. This does not affect statutory rights where files are defective or misdescribed. If we cannot restore access or provide a working file within 7 days of your notice, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
Updates. No free updates are included with this pack unless explicitly stated on the product page. Future versions or packs may be sold separately.
Acceptable Use. You must not: (a) share, post, or distribute the preset files or download links; (b) resell or include presets in any competing product, bundle, or marketplace; (c) embed presets within deliverables to clients; (d) upload preset files to any public or team drive; (e) use the files to train or fine‑tune machine learning models.
Intellectual Property. All rights in the Products, the SILKSHADE name, preset names, imagery, copy, and pack artwork remain with ICONIC Presets. Trademarks: unless expressly stated otherwise, any product or service names referenced are unregistered marks; no trademark registration is claimed.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the Product.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus; disputes are subject to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
2. End‑User License Agreement (EULA)
Grant of License. Subject to payment, ICONIC Presets grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the preset files on up to two (2) devices you own, to edit your own or client photographs and videos.
Permitted Uses.
• Use presets to create edits for personal and commercial projects.
• Deliver edited images/videos to clients without attribution or ongoing license fees.
• Keep one personal backup copy of the preset files.
Prohibited Uses. You may not:
(a) share, distribute, resell, sublicense, give, lend, or make preset files (or derivative preset files) available to any third party;
(b) include preset files in any product, marketplace, course download, or “freebie”;
(c) claim the presets as your own or register confusingly similar names;
(d) upload preset files to public or shared drives/servers;
(e) reverse engineer to create competing presets for distribution;
(f) use preset files or any portion of them to train or fine‑tune AI/ML models.
Transfers. This license is for one natural person (single user). It cannot be transferred or assigned.
Termination. This license terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination, you must delete all preset files and backups. Termination does not limit any other remedies.
Updates & Maintenance. No obligation to provide updates, new versions, or feature changes unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Ownership. ICONIC Presets retains all IP rights in the preset files and accompanying materials. You acquire no ownership rights.
3. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
All sales are final once digital delivery begins. If you experience a technical problem (corrupt zip, link issues, incompatible versions), contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll attempt to restore access or supply a working file. If we can’t resolve it, we may refund you at our discretion. Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic results.
4. Downloads & Access
• Download links permit 2 total downloads per order.
• Save files to a secure backup immediately after download.
• Lost links are not re‑issued except in cases of immediate technical failure post‑purchase (contact us within 7 days with your order number).
• Keep your files private; sharing links or files breaches your license.
5. Privacy Notice (Lite)
We process your order data (name, email, billing info) to fulfill purchases, deliver downloads, and provide support. Payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full payment details. The website may use cookies/analytics (incl. Squarespace/Meta/Pinterest tags) to measure traffic and conversions.

7. Digital Content Consent (Checkout)
Add the following required, unchecked checkbox immediately before the final pay button at checkout:
Digital Content Consent — I request and consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14‑day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. I understand that all sales are final except where the files are defective or misdescribed.
